Far Away Places

The Arir

The Arir is a large desert kingdom located south of the Empire of Thonum the Protector and is separated from it by the Jevvel mountains. The only easy pass across these peaks is found at the Lessarnian city of Baraka. Miles of sand stretch across this area with cities only around the occasional oases. The capital city of Khaibar is where one finds the palace of the Sultan Farouk Pasha, leader of the Arir.
Religion: All religions are represented here, but those of lawful deities seem to be most powerful.
Slavery: Slavery is an accepted practice within this kingdom.
Population: The total population of this kingdom is estimated to be 100,000 people.
Monster Populations: The vast deserts of this region are populated by all manner of fearsome beasts from which the government of the Arir offers no protection.

Mwende

Kingdom of Malahman. This area encompasses a the area south of the Arir as well as a large island off the southern coast of the continent. The distance to this area is quite great and few facts are known about the area. Some Lendoorian traders are attempting to open markets in the area and soon many wonders may reach the bazarres of the Empire from this distant realm.
Religion: It is unknown what the religious practices of these people are.
Slavery: Slavery does not seem to be practiced within this kingdom.
Population: The total population of this kingdom is estimated to be at most 50,000 people.
Monster Populations: The jungles and savannahs of this kingdom are thought to teem with horrendous beasts which rend the flesh from humans for sport and pleasure.

Bryan Isle

Ruled by Lord Wonderboy, The Grand High Bologna, Hereditary ruler of all Luncheon Meat, Wielder of the Ebony Fork, He Who Decanted Ten Thousand Condiments, Lord of All Freshness, Displayer of the Eternal Pimento. This huge island produces all of the lunch meat consumed in the known world. Hundreds of varieties from the tasty Pressed Turkey to the renown Aged Pastramummi, are created here. The inhabitants of this fair land "sliced into a meat roll and found olive loaf" as Oscar the Literal has said.
Religion: High quality seems to be the religion of this island.
Slavery: These people only seem to be enslaved to the notion that lean cuts of meat, fresh herbs and spices, and fine meat by-products be used in their creations.
Population: The population of this island is probably close to the number of lunch meat slices they produce in one year.
Monster Populations: Few edible creatures roam this island unhindered.
